The mojito is one of Cuba's most popular rum drinks. It is refreshing and potent.
Variations date back to the time of pirates who sailed in Cuba's waters, but the one we drink today was born in the 1930s in Havana, about the time Ernest Hemingway was living, fishing, and writing there.
The mojito depends on three very distinct Cuban ingredients: rum, lime, and sugar. The sugar is first mixed with warm water to make syrup, then add some freshly crushed mint, ice, and a splash of club soda, and you've got a drink that's distinctly Cuban.
By adding slices of fruit or flavoured rums, it's easy to make variations on the original with a subtle touch of your favourite fruit flavour.

11.60€ è il costo per ubriacarmi. Considerando che ogni cocktail costa dai 5 ai 6€ direi che ci sta, no?
God bless Bacardi!
